Dear Ian,
I wanted to thank you for all your help with setting me up with a great bike for Brass Monkey this year. Although the weather was strangely warm the bike and the ride was fantastic. The weekender deal was excellent for my needs because it allowed me to pick the bike up on the Friday so that we could kit up for the early start the next day. Likewise, the Monday drop off meant that we did not have to rush back on the Sunday to get the back before Monday. As it turned out I had to make the drop off on the Sunday because of an early departure on Monday.
Your team in Christchurch were very helpful and made the pick up and drop off very easy. Please pass my thanks to the team in Christchurch for making the rental process very easy from a pick up and drop off point of view.
I hope you have this deal again next year; if you do please keep me in mind.
